Why do we forget every die?

I'm not in particular region, I mean, I'm an atheist, alright?

But I always think that why do we spoil our daily life.

Of course we have loads of time to make mistakes.
But I don't talk about mistakes cuz it teaches something to us.

My biggest fear is that doing nothing every day(in front of their computer).

Now I'm like that.

I have 3 more months in Sydney but I don't know how to make friends to talk to, of course, in English.

It's easy for me to make Japanese friends but I don't do -deliberately-.
But I have one Japanese friend to talk to at my home.
The goodness is that he also thinks speaking with Japanese is bad for him.

But most of people tend to spend their time with people from their countries.

1.Spend my time with friend from my country.
2.Spend time alone.

Which is the best for English learner?

I think 1 is a waste of time...
Especially for Asian.
The more we speak Jap,the more we forget how to speak Eng...

I don't wanna waste my time but it's difficult for me now...

What can I do?
I'm so honest but they don't trust me.
So I stop trusting them.
I don't understand them.
